Submitting the form on this website is a request for a consultation. It is not a contract, it does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to a price. Any figure we discuss before an in-home measurement is an estimate.

A binding price comes only from a written agreement, after we have measured your openings. If the two ever disagree, the written agreement is the one that counts.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep what's published here accurate, and we don't publish claims we can't stand behind. Even so, product lines, availability, and specifications change, and the details for your specific home are confirmed at your consultation — not from this website.

Energy savings

Where this site quotes an energy-savings figure, it is attributed to its source — such as ENERGY STAR, whose published national average is up to 13% on household energy bills when replacing single-pane windows. That is their figure, for a national average, and we reproduce it as such.

It is not a guarantee from SunSmart about your home. What you actually save depends on the windows you have now, how they were installed, your home, and how you use it. We will not promise you a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Warranties

Coverage varies by product line, and the specific warranty for what we install in your home is put in writing and explained to you before you sign. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or overrides that written warranty.
