We unfortunately had a frustrating experience due to the sales rep selling "turn key" results to us when Sunsmart typically does not do this. As a result, come installation day, there was a lot of... confusion about what was supposed to be done, and the process was drawn out. Bill, however, was very professional and corrected the mistakes of the sales rep. The quality of windows/doors and installation is great! Make sure every detail is outlined in your sales agreement and in writing; Sunsmart did the work as it was sold to us at no extra cost to us.read more

The install exceeded my expectations. I had a garden window put in above my kitchen sink and did not know that the sides of the window were going to be able to open, that was a huge bonus. All of the... windows are filled with argon gas so they keep out almost all heat from the sun which is a must for our house because the morning and evening sun beats in the windows and heats up the house. Great communication throughout the installation process as well.read more
